Fear Mindset – It’s What Keeps You Stuck

Did you know that procrastinating, not taking action, and feeling overwhelmed are a few examples of how a fear mindset can hold you back and keep you stuck.

Sound familiar? If so, let’s get you “unstuck” by shifting your mindset!

First, determine the root cause. What’s really getting in the way? Do you think:

• You’re not good enough?
• You’re going to fail?
• You’ll be judged?
• You’ll be rejected?

These are limiting beliefs. And, your subconscious mind is at work feeding your fears.

ACTION STEPS:

  • Identify and write down the limiting beliefs getting in your way.
  • On a separate sheet of paper rewrite a new statement for each limiting belief, making it positive.

Example: “I’m not good enough to _____” rewritten it would be “I AM good enough to _____.”

  • Put the rewritten beliefs sheet of paper in a place where you can see it daily and read it out loud a few times day until it sinks into your subconscious mind.

Reading your rewritten beliefs out loud daily starts to reprogram your mind—developing new beliefs and shifting your mindset.

Think of it as planting positive thought seeds for your subconscious mind to feed on, creating a NEW belief system and mindset.

What will change for you once you’ve made this mindset shift?
