First, determine the root cause. What’s really getting in the way? Do you think:
• You’re not good enough?
• You’re going to fail?
• You’ll be judged?
• You’ll be rejected?
These are limiting beliefs. And, your subconscious mind is at work feeding your fears.
- Identify and write down the limiting beliefs getting in your way.
- On a separate sheet of paper rewrite a new statement for each limiting belief, making it positive.
Example: “I’m not good enough to _____” rewritten it would be “I AM good enough to _____.”
- Put the rewritten beliefs sheet of paper in a place where you can see it daily and read it out loud a few times day until it sinks into your subconscious mind.
Reading your rewritten beliefs out loud daily starts to reprogram your mind—developing new beliefs and shifting your mindset.
Think of it as planting positive thought seeds for your subconscious mind to feed on, creating a NEW belief system and mindset.
